Occasionally your battery may not function exactly the way you expected. Or there may be something with which you are not familiar.

Here are some quick links to help you solve the more common problems.

If these do not answer your questions, or you wish to make a battery warranty claim, please complete and submit the warranty form.

You will find a charge port on the base of all AVD batteries. Almost any USB charger can be used to charge your battery*.

All batteries come with a USB charge cord. Plug the small end of the cord into your battery and the other end directly into a computer or a USB adaptor (it may look like it doesn’t fit, but it does!). You can also use a mobile phone adaptor to plug your battery directly into a wall socket*.

* Please do not use high powered/fast chargers that output more than 5volts/2amps to charge your battery.

Please contact your supplier for a replacement.

All batteries (excluding disposables) sold by AVD are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for a period of 180 days from the date of sale, subject to certain exclusions.

    If using a Seed battery please confirm you are using the magnetic adapter.

    If you are using the Stik or Clone, what is the batch code?

    What kind of cartridge are you using?

    How are you charging it? What are you plugging it into?
    Never plug the USB into anything over 5V/2A when charging.

    Please explain in detail the issues you are having.
    If your battery vibrates let us know if you are getting a set of vibrations when trying to use it.
